The Project has produced three main results, which are identified as Intellectual Outputs (IO). These results are the following:

IO1 Results: ROADMAP FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF TRAINING TOOL AT THE EUROPEAN LEVEL.

The First step the project consists of an ANALYSIS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE EUROPEAN TRAINING IN THE THEMATIC, and after this analysis, the consortium must provide this Final Report This report compiles all the information compiled by the partnership in order to create an adequate training content which will be the base of the App.

First of all, the consortium has developed an analysis of training and skills needed for an adequate management and production of fish in aquaculture farms with health and welfare conditions. A Quantitative study has been developed and every partner has handled it to 10 participants.  After the tests, every partner wrote an individual conclusion report.

Once the partnership had a deep knowledge of which contents were needed in the sector, they started a Study to improve of the current training contents with the new contents.  This study is divided in two main parts:

  • A aquiculture European sector analysis which tackles the current situation of the aquiculture sector in each country of the consortium
  • A comparative analysis of training contents taught currently in each country related to the selected training modules.

The items analyzed in the analysis and the bibliographic study were defined before the kick-off of the project. These items were:

  • TRAINING given currently in aquaculture farms in each country
  • NEEDS of training in the sector
  • Legislation of every country applicable to the training and sectoral legislation.
  • Characteristics, particularities and difficulties of every country.

The information compiled in this report is served to the consortium to define the final list of contents that must be included in the App.

IO2 Development of the STANDARDIZED TRAINING PROGRAM (HEALTHY_FISH)

The project partners, combining their expertise in the aquaculture sector, have developed a standardized training program for the aquaculture sector. This program is divided in 11 modules and it’s available in 5 languages: English, Spanish, Italian, Croatian and Turkish.

The training program is hosted in our digital platform. You can accede to it through the following link: http://apromar.es/healthyfishapp/.

The Modules of the standardized program are the following:

# TRAINING MODULE TITLE
1 Technologies and production management of auxiliary cultures
2 Analytical technologies and methods of sanitary control in fish farming
3 Technologies and production management of mollusks
4 Technologies and production management of crustaceans.
5 Facilities, innovation and systems of automation in fish farming
6 Environmental Management of the aquaculture processes
7 Ornamental aquaculture
8 Project of implantation of a center of aquaculture production
9 Risks management: Chemical and biological hazards
10 Aquaculture Products. Processing trade and Public Health
11 Best Practices in aquaculture farms

IO3: APPLICATION FOR MOBILE AND TABLET: app_HEALTHY_FISH

The training program and the questionnaires have been developed through the platform Moodle. Moodle is a learning platform designed to provide educators, administrators and learners with a single robust, secure and integrated system to create personalised learning environments.

By using Moodle, all members of the consortium can add and edit contents, and the training program and the questionnaires remain available for anyone wishing to learn these modules. Furthermore, anyone who pass in the questionnaires will automatically obtain a certificate of achievement signed by the project partners.

To register for the first time in the Healthy Fish program is necessary to accede to the website:  http://apromar.es/healthyfishapp/

Once we’ve registered, we can accede to the Healthy Fish training program through the MoodleMobile App.
